Carson Conant
Carson Conant is an Advisor and Board Member of Nightingale-Conant, the world's premier personal development audio company founded by his grandfather Lloyd Conant and Earl Nightingale. A third-generation entrepreneur, Carson was raised in a family that pioneered the self-improvement industry in the 1960s and 70s, and the foundational ideals taught by figures like Earl Nightingale and Napoleon Hill remain core to his personal and business mentality to this day. His father, Vic Conant, leads Nightingale-Conant as CEO and President, having guided the company's transformation from a producer of records, cassettes, and CDs into a modern media company distributing online and on-demand programs.
Carson is a co-founder of Clever Solutions, a company built on the conviction that AI has fundamentally changed the math on custom software. Clever Solutions helps companies — from startups to enterprises — solve the expensive, time-consuming problems that were never economical to fix before: SaaS subscriptions that don't quite fit, legacy systems nobody wants to touch, operational workflows that swallow hours of skilled people's time, and bespoke software that was always too costly to build. By combining frontier AI models with their proprietary delivery infrastructure (CleverADE) and senior human expertise encoded directly into the build environment, Clever Solutions ships enterprise-grade software in weeks rather than months.
Carson was fortunate to be part of Nightingale-Conant during its digital transformation, an experience that shaped many of his core business skills. Earl Nightingale's The Strangest Secret and The Boss are central to who he is and influenced the DNA of Mediafly, the company he previously founded. His wife, Latane Conant, is the CMO of 6sense and a celebrated marketing executive and thought leader. Together they are raising two Irish-twin sons in a household where marketing, sales, business, engineering, and science are constant dinner-table conversation — carrying forward the family tradition of curiosity, ambition, and the belief that ideas can change lives.
