As a full-time speaker since 1982, he has trained managers and salespeople at top companies and business associations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Taiwan, China, New Zealand, and Australia. He was inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame in 1991.

About the Author

Roger Dawson is one of the world's foremost experts on the art of negotiating and persuasion. Born in England, he came to the US in 1962 and became president of one of California's largest real estate companies before launching a full-time speaking career in 1982. He trained executives and salespeople across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australasia, and was inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame in 1991. His programs for Nightingale-Conant became some of the best-selling audio titles in the company's history.
